Tourist spot
Bani Island.
Lavezares, Northern Samar
White sand above the waterline, coral reef below it. People come to snorkel, swim and fish. The reef is the reason to bring a mask. Between swimming, snorkelling and fishing there is enough to fill a day, and the boat trip out is part of it.

What this means
Details being gathered
We have not gathered the visiting details for this spot yet, so the fee, the hours and the state of access are all still open questions.
These pages are compiled from public and official sources. A fee, an opening hour or the state of a road is only worth printing once somebody has checked it on the ground, so until then we leave it blank rather than guess. A wrong number sends people on a wasted trip.
Travelling before we get there?
The Lavezares guide lists the local tourism office and how to reach them. They can confirm the fee, the hours and whether the route is passable this week.
