Our story
Samar Grill House began as a small weekend stall run by the Dela Cruz family in 2015. Word spread about our charcoal-grilled seafood and secret kinilaw recipe, and today we welcome hundreds of guests each week. We still source daily from local fishermen and farmers, and every dish is cooked to order — the same way we've always done it.
