San Antonio is the jump-off to the Balicuatro group of islands — a scatter of white-sand islets and calm turquoise coves just off the northern coast of Samar.
Hop a boat to Dalupiri for long, empty beaches, or chase sandbars that appear and vanish with the tide. It's the classic slow-island escape.
