RackApp IT Solutions

RackApp IT Solutions was founded in July 2023 in Calbayog City, Samar, Philippines. Its founders now serve as Senior IT Consultant and Senior Web Development Consultant, though both began as hands-on developers, taking on their first client projects themselves. Years of building software for businesses before RackApp set the standard the company holds to, and it has shaped its work from day one.

RackApp's first projects came through a Singapore-based agency, building websites that gave businesses a genuine presence online. As client needs grew, so did the scope of the work. Philippine businesses came to the company with the problems slowing them down: sales tracked on paper, records that were difficult to retrieve, and tools that could not keep pace as they scaled. RackApp built the systems to solve them, software their teams could rely on across desktop and mobile, wherever the work happened.

That work proved what the company could do. RackApp learned to build software people depend on, and to deliver results its founders would put their own names behind. Since then, the company has supported businesses across the Philippines, Singapore, and Japan, among them a dealership group that now runs on a single unified system, a Cebu-based eye care provider with a branch in Manila that modernized how it manages patients, and a Japanese firm it helped establish online with new product websites.

Alongside its client work, RackApp develops its own products, including hoppii, a booking platform for rental businesses, Loop, an events platform connecting organizers with runners, riders, and swimmers, and MemoriFolio, a free planner for events, trips, and memories.

Today RackApp works in three ways: Modernize, Launch, and Build. The company modernizes the systems clients have outgrown, launches new products from the ground up, and builds alongside founders through its Co-Build model, sharing the cost, the risk, and the reward of what they create together.
