About Samar Grill House
Samar Grill House serves Eastern Visayas classics — fresh seafood, slow-grilled meats, and native kakanin — in a warm, family-friendly space. Reserve a table, order for pickup, or book us for events.
Our story
Word spread — first about the smoky, perfectly-charred seafood, then about the secret kinilaw recipe we still refuse to write down. Within a couple of years the weekend stall had turned into a full restaurant, and today we welcome hundreds of guests every week, from families celebrating birthdays to travellers looking for a real taste of Eastern Visayas.
Through all of it, the things that matter to us haven't changed. We still source daily from the same local fishermen and farmers we started with, we still cook every dish to order over live charcoal, and we still treat every guest like they've been invited to a family gathering. Whether you dine in, order for pickup, or book us to cater your event, you're getting the same honest, made-from-scratch food we've served since day one.
