Tourist spot
Galleon Trade Anchors.
Biri, Northern Samar
Three large anchors at the island's arrival point, believed to be left from Spanish galleons that crossed the San Bernardino Strait. They are the first thing you meet when you land, which makes them a good place to start. Standing beside anchors that size gives you a sense of the ships that once passed through this strait, and why the crossing mattered.

What this means
Details being gathered
We have not gathered the visiting details for this spot yet, so the fee, the hours and the state of access are all still open questions.
These pages are compiled from public and official sources. A fee, an opening hour or the state of a road is only worth printing once somebody has checked it on the ground, so until then we leave it blank rather than guess. A wrong number sends people on a wasted trip.
