In your portal: Sign in, then Business

Your portal is the private side of your listing. Everything is in one sidebar, grouped by what you're trying to do rather than by where it lives on your page.

What each part does

• Overview — the summary screen. What's still missing before you go live, recent activity, and your plan.
• My Business — everything that appears on your public page, one page per area. See Basics onwards.
• Marketing — Inquiries, Reviews and Analytics. The number beside it counts inquiries you haven't handled.
• Hiring — Job posts and the Applications that come in for them.
• Events — anything you're running that belongs on the public events board.
• Grow My Business — your plan, billing, page templates, and the Marketplace.

The bar across the top

Your business name sits at the top of every page. If you run more than one, that name is also the switcher — click it to move between them. See More than one listing.

Beside it are a link to your public page, so you can check how an edit looks, and your account menu for sign-out and password changes.
