Review & going live

The most common question we get is "why can't I see my business on the site yet?" — usually the answer is one of three things.

How long review takes

We read every application within 3–5 business days. Paid plans take a little longer, because we speak to you first to confirm your details and go through what your plan includes.

Your email has to be verified

We need to know the address on your account really reaches you, so your listing stays hidden until it's verified. Applying sends you a confirmation email; clicking the link in it — the same one that lets you set your password — is what settles this.

No email? Check the spam folder first, then sign in and ask for another from your account. If it still doesn't arrive, tell us and we can verify you from our side.

Something's still missing

A listing with no logo, no photo and no description isn't ready to be shown to anyone — it makes the business look closed. Your Overview page lists whatever is still outstanding.

Once you're live

Your page appears in search, in its category, and on the map. From then on your edits are your own — press Save and the public page updates immediately, with no second review.
